Requirements to join our team
Skills can be trained — what matters most is your heart for this work.
Bilingual
Comfortable speaking English or Spanish with clients and their families.
Schedule Availability
Open availability to help us cover the shifts our clients need.
Background Check
All caregivers must pass a background check before joining our team.
Valid Driver's License
Required to safely accompany clients to appointments and errands.
Current First Aid Certification
A valid First Aid certification is required to apply.
Experience Is Not Required
If you have experience, we want to hear about it; if you do not, that does not exclude you. We especially value compassion, reliability, and willingness to learn.
