A life devoted to caring.
My name is Ericka. I am Mexican, born in Monterrey, Nuevo León, and for approximately 25 years my life has been dedicated to caring for others.
I began working with children with disabilities and learned early that caring for someone means much more than helping with daily needs. It means offering patience, respect, companionship, and love.
Over the years, my path led me to caring for older adults, where I continued preparing, gaining experience, and supporting families through some of the most important moments of their lives.
“Caring has been my way of serving.”
Ericka’s experience is the foundation of the way we care.
Her calling was also shaped by deeply personal experiences. When her mother became ill with cancer, Ericka had the privilege of caring for her during the final moments of her life. That experience forever changed the way she understood caregiving and taught her the true meaning of being present for someone until the end.
Life did not give her the opportunity to personally care for her grandparents because they lived in Mexico and passed away while far from her. That absence left a deep mark and strengthened a decision: as long as she was able, she would care for other older adults with the affection, patience, and attention she wished she could have given her own grandparents.
After years of work, sacrifice, learning, and gratitude, Ericka decided to transform that experience into an agency with purpose.
Being present until the end is also a form of love.
When my mother became ill with cancer, I had the privilege of caring for her and accompanying her through her final moments. She passed away in my home, surrounded by the love of her family. That experience forever changed the way I understand care and taught me the true meaning of being present for someone.
Caring for others has also been a way to honor the people I love.
Life did not give me the opportunity to personally care for my grandparents because they lived in Mexico and passed away while I was far from them. That absence left something very deep in my heart.
Perhaps that is why I decided that, for as long as I am able, I would care for other older adults with the affection, patience, and attention I would have wanted to give my own grandparents.
I have also been a single mother, working and fighting to provide for my family. This profession has been a blessing in my life. It allowed me to support my children, grow as a woman, learn from extraordinary stories, and accompany families through some of the most important and delicate moments of their lives.
Today, I want to give back a little of everything this profession has given me.
That is why this agency was created: not simply as a business, but as the result of years of experience, sacrifice, learning, loss, love, and gratitude.
Warmth
We care with patience, kindness, and genuine sensitivity for each person's story.
Respect
We honor each client's preferences, decisions, routines, and way of life.
Dignity
Receiving help should never mean losing your voice, privacy, or sense of independence.
Presence
We understand that sometimes the most important thing is simply to be there, listen, and truly accompany someone.
Every older adult carries a lifetime that deserves to be valued.
Behind every person is a story, a family, memories, traditions, and a unique way of living. Our care begins by recognizing all of it.
We Listen First
We get to know the person and family before defining the support that may be needed.
We Personalize
Care adapts to habits, preferences, and needs, and can evolve over time.
We Care With Purpose
Experience matters, but so do empathy, patience, and the way we make someone feel.
We Support the Family
We want families to feel informed, supported, and more at ease throughout the care journey.
For me, caring has never been just a job.
It has been my way of serving, giving thanks, honoring my roots, and honoring the people I love who are no longer with me.
